Job Description

Charu Chanaa Artistry is looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller to join its team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and experience in calling, follow-ups, and converting potential clients into salon appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about salon services.
• Follow up with leads and encourage customers to book appointments.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the salon in increasing appointments, customer retention, and sales.
