About Yes Madam

Yes Madam is a leading home salon platform delivering professional beauty services at customers’ doorstep. With our rapid expansion, we are seeking trained skilled female beauticians to join our growing team.

1. Role & Earning Opportunity

Role:

On-ground Beautician / Beauty Therapist (Home Service Model)

Earning Potential:

Average monthly earnings: Rs. 30,000 – 50,000+ (80% commission of partner & 20% commission of Yes Madam)

Earnings depend on availability, service quality, ratings, and repeat clients

Structured partner progression: Gold → Diamond → Platinum → Titanium → Queen

Top-performing partners can achieve 0% commission, increasing take-home income significantly

Beauticians register on Yes Madam as freelance micro-entrepreneurs with a service radius of 3–6 km from their location

2. Required Core Skillsets

Candidates must have practical experience in:

Threading

Waxing

Facial services

Manicure

Pedicure

3. Selection & Onboarding Process

Offline Skill Trial

Candidates will visit the nearest Yes Madam city training centre for hands-on assessment.

Onboarding Training (7 to 15 Days)

Training includes:

SOP alignment

Hygiene & safety standards

Customer experience guidelines

Platform/App operations

Registration & Certification

One-time Rs. 3,000 registration fee includes after trial:

Yes Madam uniform

Grooming kit

Background Verification (BGV)

B&WSSC certification support

Professional Kit Purchase at the time of training Approximate cost: Rs. 40,000, but now our scheme is you have to pay 30,000 on cash & rest amount you have to pay 10,000 within 2 months after start your earning.

Note: Total: 33,000 on cash & on loan total 43,000.

Portable salon kit with fixed tools & consumables

Flexible EMI / NBFC loan options available (down payment 10,000 & rest on loan with 6 emi cost of approx 6000)

Provide professional beauty services at client homes

Services include: Facial, Cleanup, Waxing, Threading, Manicure, Pedicure

Maintain hygiene & safety standards

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Follow company SOPs and service protocols

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates (Freshers & Experienced welcome)

Basic knowledge of beauty services

Good communication skills

Willingness to travel locally for home services
